ForBox App Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ForBox mobile application (the “App”) operated by ForBox Express (“ForBox”, “we”, “us”). By signing in to or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. Authorized Use Only
The App is an internal operations tool intended solely for ForBox Express employees and authorized contractors (drivers and warehouse operators). Accounts are provisioned by ForBox Express; there is no public registration. You may use the App only in connection with work you perform for ForBox Express.
2. Accounts and Credentials
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
- We may suspend or deactivate accounts at any time, including when your working relationship with ForBox Express ends.
3. Location Tracking
The App collects precise location data, including in the background while you are on an active shift, to enable dispatching, real-time delivery tracking, and proof of delivery. Details are described in our Privacy Policy. You can stop collection by ending your shift, signing out, or disabling the location permission, which may limit your ability to receive and complete delivery tasks.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App while operating a vehicle in a manner that violates traffic laws;
- Share your account, or access data of customers or other workers beyond what your role requires;
- Reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the operation or security of the App;
- Use customer information for any purpose other than performing deliveries.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by ForBox Express or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited right to use the App for your work.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForBox Express disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable employment or labor law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable employment law.
